Lévis, le May, 3 2023- Michelle Cantin, President and CEO of the Coupe Femina event, is proud to announce the 2023 edition of its youth program FEMINA Relève and the expansion of its facilities at Quai Paquet in Lévis.

Coupe Femina is an inspiring event that offers young women aged 15 to 17 an enriching experience that requires boldness, determination, perseverance, effort, courage, endurance and commitment.

"They will have to communicate, manage change, cope with stress, work as a team and unite their efforts to achieve the goal of finishing the race. Through sailing, we want to provide an environment that will enable these young women to develop skills and values that will serve them throughout their lives and make them the leaders of tomorrow," emphasizes Ms. Cantin.

A major addition

To support the growth of the event and provide greater visibility for participants, the City of Lévis will provide funding and access to Quai Paquet.

"I'm proud to associate the City of Lévis with the Coupe Femina, and wish all the participants the best of luck by announcing financial support and access to the Quai Paquet to extend the event to the general public. The organization's values of leadership, perseverance and female empowerment match our own in the development of an equitable and respectful city. These women are an inspiration to us all," said Lévis Mayor Gilles Lehouillier.

Ms. Cantin points out that the event has grown thanks to the participation of the hundreds of women who proudly wear the Coupe Femina colors every year.
