FEMINA Youth 2026
Since its creation in 2017, theFEMINA Youth offers teenage girls an exceptional human adventure through a unique competition focused on determination, teamwork and surpassing oneself.
For 2026, we are putting individual entries on hold in order to introduce a new form of participation. This transition allows us to deploy a renewed approach, carried out in partnership with a school that has submitted a bid.
A wind of change that will enable us to make a real difference in the lives of a group of young girls.

For girls aged 15 to 17
Leadership, perseverance, commitment and surpassing oneself will be at the heart of this unique adventure.Imagine yourself sailing in a major competition, the Femina Cup, with a team of inspiring young girls,develop skills that will last a lifetimeand create unforgettable memories.
Between 8 and 10 girls will be selected by a jury, based on their motivation, their desire to experience this incredible adventure and their age, i.e. a minimum of 15 at the time of the Femina Cup and a maximum of 17.

Program description
Promoting female leadership and self-improvement, Coupe Femina is open to girls aged 15 to 17. Participating in the Coupe Femina helps build self-confidence by promoting the human values needed to overcome obstacles.
To achieve this, they will benefit from a 28-hour sailing course, training activities with an instructor and meetings with a coach to prepare them for an extraordinary competition and to respond positively to the demands of this challenge.
The Inspirante Coupe Femina is a highly enriching experience that requires daring, determination, perseverance, effort, courage, endurance and commitment. They'll have to communicate, manage change, cope with stress, work as a team and unite their efforts to achieve the goal of finishing the race.
The selected girls will be divided into 3 crews. Each crew will be accompanied by an experienced skipper. Our aim is to infect them with a passion for the sport, and help them discover new horizons: sailing as a team sport, in a stimulating sporting environment framed by positive, enriching values.
This participation isfree of chargefor "FEMINA Jeunesse" team members and includes :
- Sailing course (28 hours) at Formation Nautique Québec, a school certified by Voile Québec, Voile Canada and International Yacht Training
- Practice hours with an instructor
- Framing

- Participation in the presentation dinner for up-and-coming crews
