Registration

The participant acknowledges that his or her participation in Coupe Femina may expose him or her to dangerous risks, situations or conditions. Participant hereby assumes all risks associated with the practice or testing of said sport and/or activity, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all risks of personal injury or property loss. Furthermore, the participant waives any further or specific notice of said risks, situations or dangerous conditions and acknowledges: (i) that he/she is not physically or mentally handicapped; (ii) that he/she has not taken drugs, alcohol, hallucinogens or any other substance that may impair his/her faculties; (iii) that he/she will use the appropriate and recommended sports equipment when practicing the sport and/or activity, and will take reasonable precautions for his/her safety and that of others; (iv) that he/she will wear protective equipment appropriate to the situation.

By completing this form, I authorize and grant the Coupe Femina team the right to use for promotional purposes any images, photos or videos taken, as well as any interviews in which I may appear as part of the Coupe Femina. I waive any claim for compensation or royalties that may arise from the use of these images.
