206 entries, 34 boats, 9 young up-and-coming girls and the return of the little CAN F18 high performers. It was a great turnout for the start of the 6th edition of the Coupe Femina.

Coupe Femina is enjoying unprecedented success, driven by the enthusiasm, drive and determination of its proud ambassadors.

The marina site came alive as early as 7 h in the morning, when it was possible to meet the sailors. Four starts were given between 9 h and 9 h 30.

  • 9 h : trade wind class
  • 9 h10 : Evolution class
  • 9 h 20 : Rafale class
  • 9 h30 : F18

The 3 "relève" boats started in the Alizé class at 9h. These crews were made up of 9 girls aged 15 to 17, selected at the end of the "Emerging Crews" competition.

The participation of the super-powerful F18s also did not go unnoticed.

Due to varying weather conditions, the route to Cap Rouge with a return to Baie de Beauport was chosen.
