It was a great turnout for the start of the 6th edition of the Coupe Femina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupe Femina is enjoying unprecedented success, driven by the enthusiasm, drive and determination of its proud ambassadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The marina site came alive as early as 7 h in the morning, when it was possible to meet the sailors.  Four starts were given between 9 h and 9 h 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9 h : trade wind class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 h10 : Evolution class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 h 20 : Rafale class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 h30 : F18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 3 \"rel\u00e8ve\" boats started in the Aliz\u00e9 class at 9h.  These crews were made up of 9 girls aged 15 to 17, selected at the end of the \"Emerging Crews\" competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participation of the super-powerful F18s also did not go unnoticed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to varying weather conditions, the route to Cap Rouge with a return to Baie de Beauport was chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Michelle Cantin<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>206 registered participants, 34 boats, 9 young up-and-coming sailors, and the return of the high-performing CAN F18 juniors.\u00a0 All these wonderful people gathered to take the starting line for the 6th edition of the Femina Cup.
